Happy St. Patrick's Day! Did you know Guinness uses a #Nitrogen and #CO2 blend of gas to push the beer through the lines rather than just CO2 like a traditional draft beer system? 

We did!....... There is a specific ratio for this mix which quality engineers throughout Ireland test on a daily basis. Having approximately 7,000 pubs in Ireland, these guys are busy. Each engineer carries a portable Servomex 5200 paramagnetic O2 and IR CO2 to test this blend and quality of the gas....... That's how serious we take our Guinness!
