Our Baseline BevAlert® Analytical System is ideal for a wide variety of beverage CO2 applications (water, carbonated drinks, beer, and wine). Utilizing gas chromatographs, along with a total hydrocarbon analyser, make monitoring what is important easier. Systems come in manual or automatic configurations.
The System speciates and quantitates the presence of trace volatile organic compounds (VOCs) — acetaldehyde, methanol, benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene, and xylenes (a.k.a. ABTEX), and total sulphur [organic sulphides, sulphur dioxide, carbon disulphide, carbonyl sulphide, and hydrogen sulphide (all converted into hydrogen sulphide for one total sulphur reading)] — as well as total and methane/ non-methane hydrocarbons, utilizing one, turn-key, analytical platform and a single operating data system.
The BevAlert® Analytical System meets, exceeds and complies with International Society of Beverage Technologists® (ISBT) and European Industrial Gases Association (EIGA) criteria and methodologies for low level analysis and continuous monitoring of the most critical CO2 impurities.
